Hi I’m Steven Askwith

I’m a Platform Engineer working in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.  I generally work on the Microsoft stack building the infrastructure and supporting management tools for large scale Websites hosted in AWS or Azure, but I dabble in Linux, CloudFormation and whatever else comes my way.

Since I discovered PowerShell in 2007 I’ve spent a lot of time automating the hell out everything I touch so I can do spend more time doing the more interesting stuff.
